Why you want to work with me…
Hello, my name is Lauren. If we have not had the pleasure of meeting in person yet, this will be your first chance to get to know me.
I am an English transplant to Scotland and whilst I technically moved here for university many moons ago, the reality is I read a book series set in Scotland at the start of secondary school and fell in love with it. The history, the culture, the mythology and the mysticism that is still very evident today.
Now if that doesn’t show that I know how to appreciate a good story? I don’t know what does.
It is my goal to help you tell your tale in such a way that it becomes the grandest full stop for this chapter, so that you can move forward in to making the most of every moment in your happily ever after.
Why A Simple Vow?
Weddings can be complicated (even if you elope). After you choose when, where and what to wear, you still have to decide: do you want floral arrangements? Sit down meal or buffet style? Do you want a band? Do you want a DJ? Do you really need to invite that second cousin twice removed to keep a certain family member happy? Can you get away with throwing in that obscure reference to your favourite book/tv show/hobby or do you just go all out?
The ceremony should be the simple bit. You’ve already made your choice. You are standing there and declaring in front of your chosen people that this is it. This is your person.
It’s my job to create the space and the calm for you to stand up there and make the biggest yet simplest vow. To love the person facing you for the rest of your life.
